Throughout the retreat, you will have the opportunity to participate in various activities designed to enhance your connection with the natural world and yourSelf. From a guided therapeutic waterfall hike through an old growth forest to the breathtaking Falls Creek Falls, to many spiritual practices while overlooking breathtaking views, this weekend offers a blend of adventure and inner reflection.
Our knowledgeable guides will share their wisdom and lead activities focused on spirituality, mindfulness, and personal growth.
