Throughout the retreat we will explore breathwork, sound journeys, drumming, meditation, cacao, and somatic practices that help the body open into expanded states of awareness.

These practices allow participants to journey deeply within themselves—accessing insight, emotional release, and connection with intuition without the use of plant medicine or substances.

In this way, the mountain, the breath, and the body become the guides.
